We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Please read our return terms below.

 

Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. While UK law requires a 14-day window, we go further by offering a 30-day return policy.  within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.

 


Q: Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, GemBee will cover the return and redelivery costs.

If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g. change of mind, dislike of colour), you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

 


Q: What items cannot be returned?

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customised or engraved items

  • Final sale / sample sale pieces

  • Baroque or natural pearls (natural variations are not considered faults)

  • Items already exchanged once

  • Products not in original condition (used, worn, missing tags, or damaged)

 


Q: How do I start a return?

Email service@thegembeejewellery.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is faulty).

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide your return instructions.

 


Q: Where do I send my return?

All returns are processed through our UK return centre.

We’ll provide you with the correct return address once your return has been approved.

 


Q: When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to credit the funds.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

 


 

Product Warranty & Aftercare

All GemBee Jewellery pieces come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at service@thegembeejewellery.com with your order number and clear photos.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Tarnishing, fading, or plating loss over time

  • Damage caused by impact, misuse, or chemical exposure

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Customised or modified pieces

We recommend keeping your jewellery away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, and storing it in its original pouch or box when not in use.
