We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £65 and free standard shipping on US orders over US$85.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, customs inspections, severe weather, or courier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
As many of our pieces feature genuine gemstones, freshwater pearls, and other natural materials, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and inclusions are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Please contact service@thegembeejewellery.com before returning your item. Returns must be approved in advance, and we'll provide you with detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to complete the refund.

Packaging
Every GemBee Jewellery order is carefully packaged using our signature branded packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives beautifully presented and well protected.
Each piece is placed in its own soft jewellery pouch, and your order is presented in a premium GemBee gift box featuring our logo. Our gift boxes are FSC® certified, meaning they are made from responsibly sourced materials.
To reduce unnecessary packaging waste, multiple items may be packed together in one shipping box while each piece remains individually protected.
If you're sending your order as a gift, simply leave a note at checkout. We're happy to include a complimentary handwritten gift message to make your present even more special.
