We want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it up to 30days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur — these are part of the jewellery’s natural charm and are not considered defects.

Please contact us at service@thegembeejewellery.com before sending your item back. We’ll provide detailed return instructions and assist you throughout the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
