The pearls measure approximately 15mm, offering a bold yet classic presence on the ear. Their front surfaces are smooth and lustrous, carefully selected for their clean, glowing finish. As with all natural gems, slight surface lines or tiny marks may appear on the side or back of the pearls—these are natural growth characteristics, not flaws.

Delivery & Tracking
Each piece of our jewellery is carefully handcrafted using high-quality materials. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday), and delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50. Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during busy periods such as holidays.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it up to 30days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur — these are part of the jewellery’s natural charm and are not considered defects.
Please contact us at service@thegembeejewellery.com before sending your item back. We’ll provide detailed return instructions and assist you throughout the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Packaging
We care deeply about the environment and strive to make our packaging as sustainable as possible.
When purchasing more than one piece of jewellery, we’ll package your order in one large cloth bag containing individual small cloth pouches for each item — a complete and eco-friendly set.
If you’d like gift wrapping, please leave us a note at checkout. All our gift boxes are FSC Certified, ensuring they come from responsibly managed sources.
We can also include your personalized handwritten message to share joy and blessings with your loved ones.
